September & October’s Menus:
Butter Basted Turkey Roulade
Turkey breast completely deboned and rolled for easy slicing, rubbed with herbs and lemon zest.
Sausage Sage Stuffing
Sourdough bread toasted and tossed with Italian sausage and Mirepoix, soaked in homemade turkey bone broth.
Bone Gravy
Slow simmered roasted turkey bone broth thickened and flavoured with fresh herbs.
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato
Slow roasted garlic folded into fluffy buttermilk mashed potatoes.
Charred Brussel Sprouts
Split and seared, tossed in brown butter and fresh chives.
Bourbon Glazed Carrots
Heirloom carrots, sliced and slowly simmered in a sweet bourbon and maple glaze.
Garlic Parm Dinner Rolls
Mini brioche rolls, brushed with butter and topped with herbs and parmigiano regiano.
Pumpkin Cheesecake
Burnt basque style cheesecake with pumpkin and infused with warm fall spices.
