Upon entry | Caviar served on potato croquet with crème fraiche & champagne
Primo – Burrata alla Rossa | Roasted cherry tomato and strawberry with white balsamic reduction and focaccia
Secondo – Insalata di Radicchio e Pera | Radicchio and baby arugula, thin-sliced pear, gorgonzola, candied walnuts, honey-white balsamic vinaigrette
Terzo – Lasagna Bianco | Layers of pasta, fresh mozzarella, sautéed spinach and basil served over béchamel sauce, spiked with nutmeg
Maggiore – Choice of:
Scallops alla Venezia | Seared Hokkaido scallops with pancetta and white wine butter sauce, with broccoli purée
Beef Peposo | Beef braised in tomatoes, red wine, and black pepper, served on cauliflower purée

Ultimo – Strawberry Lemon Panna Cotta | Delicately set buttermilk and cooked cream custard, spiked with lemon and garnished with fresh strawberries
